Within Women
Megan concluded her first 3-month women’s circle last week with her trademark Activate Your Anthem as the finale. The intention of the 12-week program, named Within Women, is to bring like-minded women together to create intentional practices, understand emotions, communicate needs, and create a strong sense of self that will positively impact all aspects of life.

I was curious to learn more as I think that our culture does little to promote well-being outside of exercising and diet, so I signed up and found Within Women to be quite enlightening on a number of levels. In two separate weeks, we explored feminine sensuality and the nervous system with guest speakers, and all the other weeks were led by Megan. Her topics include two signature mindset processes. Cosmic Waitress; a lighthearted intention-setting practice and Activate Your Anthem; a clarity coaching process that concludes with recording your own soundtrack.
It was so much more than education. Each week Megan insisted for us to show up authentically; meaning not to feign a good mood, happy energy, friendliness, or any other socially appropriate attitude if it wasn’t true. Authenticity encourages vulnerability and she held space for us all to take turns in expressing what was on our minds. I was surprised at how easy it was to share in an environment with little or no judgment. I also mindfully tempered my own Judge and her Assailants! Baby steps!
I wondered if it was exhausting to coach and facilitate a women’s circle. Megan told me that she was honored to host and to practice holding space for 8 women. “I was inspired by how supportive the group was to each other. It was a fun and curious space!”
So, if you are a woman looking for a meaningful connection (no gossiping or venting here!) and resources for a happier, intentional life and more clarity over your decisions on your career or relationships a women’s circle may just be the place for you.
