Unlike resolutions that focus on narrow outcomes, intentions are about aligning your work life with what truly matters—your values, goals, and purpose. They’re flexible, forgiving, and motivating.
The final New Moon of 2024 falls on December 30, creating the perfect opportunity for inward contemplation, rest, and renewal before diving into another busy year. Take this time to reflect on these guiding questions:
For me, this New Year, I mapped out my year on a huge annual wall calendar and made sure to include at least one adrenaline-fueled or “scary” goal per month. I also blocked out non-negotiable nurturing practices throughout my work week to ensure I stay grounded and energized.

Unlike resolutions, which are often forgotten by February, intentions adapt and evolve. They help you make thoughtful decisions, navigate challenges, and stay connected to your "why" at work.
This year, trade burnout for balance and self-criticism for self-compassion. The journey begins with a single question: What’s the best that can happen?
