Discovering Harmony and Success

Results from “Activate Your Anthem” with Executives

Last month, I shared a breakdown of my signature process, Activate Your Anthem, designed to create the mindset and life you want with ease. This month, I am excited to share some data and results from a group of 10 executives who went through this process in February. The results were astonishing, and I can't wait to share their stories with you.

The Challenges:

  1. Traveling frequently leads to stress.

  2. Feeling like they didn't spend enough quality time with family.

  3. High demand and stress due to being in sales.

  4. Working in a virtual company, feeling less connected to the team.

The Goal:

To explore what results could be achieved by listening to a customized intention soundtrack daily for three weeks. The overarching question: Can listening to one's own voice daily, saying what they want to happen, really change their neuropathways and subconscious beliefs to create results in their reality? The answer was a resounding yes!

The Process:

For three weeks, these executives committed to listening to their personalized Anthem daily. While some were skeptical at first, what unfolded surprised even the most doubtful among them.

The Results:

  1. Increased Connection: Participants reported stronger connections with family, friends, and coworkers. From Sunday night family dinners to more meaningful communication with their children and friends, they experienced heightened well-being. Lauren and Jim particularly noticed improved relationships.

  2. Improved Team Cohesion: Despite being a virtual team, the weekly check-in calls and the welcoming environment fostered a sense of closeness. Lauren and Neil highlighted the increased bond within their organization.

  3. Increased Sales: Stuck accounts suddenly became active again. Bill, initially skeptical, was pleasantly surprised when clients decided to renew their contracts.

  4. Enhanced Calmness: Participants felt overall calmer, handling life's curveballs with trust and poise. Kerri's story about her dryer going out exemplified this newfound serenity.

Quotes from Participants:

"I had three accounts that felt stuck, and I was skeptical to be honest if this Anthem process would do anything. I listened to my Anthem every morning, and by the second week, two of my accounts were ready to renew their contracts. I was amazed and thought maybe I should listen to it 3x a day and see what happens!" - Bill

"The way the container of our weekly check-ins is set up allows us to share more personal and meaningful struggles and goals that we wouldn’t normally share. I feel closer to everyone in this group now after this process, which is great since we’re a virtual company." - Lauren

"I noticed I felt calmer overall throughout my weeks. Even if I did get some curveballs, it wouldn’t throw me off like before. My dryer went out, and normally, I would’ve been so frustrated, but I just handled it and accepted that it would be an $800 fix. The day that my new dryer arrived, I received a check in the mail for $645 from my mortgage company that I had overpaid in escrow. I was blown away and grateful I hadn’t wasted any energy getting upset because it wasn’t a big expense like it could’ve been." - Kerri

"I appreciate that we could address personal and professional goals in this process. We are whole human beings, and I appreciate we didn’t have to categorize our lives because I saw positive results in my life overall during this time, and I’m grateful for that." - Jim

"Listening to my Anthem increased my awareness of my self-talk, and I noticed it became more positive and empowered during the three weeks. I am going to continue to listen to my Anthem every morning." - Barbara

Why is This Impactful?

Every time they listened to their Anthem, their intentions and focus were absorbed into the subconscious mind. It works like dying cloth, where repeated exposure creates a lasting effect. The Reticular Activating System (RAS), a part of the brain that controls attention, was trained to focus on their intentions.

For example, one participant aimed for more harmonious Sunday family dinners. Through this process, they learned to set clear and meaningful intentions without being attached to how they would unfold.

How to Implement:

Set Intentions: Establish clear, meaningful intentions that feel believable.

Listen Daily: Listen to your Anthem daily, the more times the better.

Conclusion:

Activate Your Anthem is easy to implement, even for busy people. The results speak for themselves.
